This hardy, reliable lemon variety is the most widely grown citrus in the region. It copes with winter chills better than other members of its family. Lemons are self-fertile so you only need to plant one. Plant in full sun in a warm position, water well over the summer months and apply citrus fertiliser in spring and autumn. It will thrive in large tubs and barrels if the soil is kept moist in summer. Prune to control size if need be. Height: 2 metres Wide: 2 metres.
