Returns Policy

Here at Terra Viva we are committed to meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

ALL ITEMS REDUCED BY 30% OR MORE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

All returns a require a proof of purchase.

Our policy for returns and refunds is:

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS, (DOES NOT APPLY TO PLANT PRODUCTS)

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item in its original condition and can choose to either exchange the item or receive a Store Credit.

RETURNING A GIFT, (DOES NOT APPLY TO PLANT PRODUCTS)

When purchasing a gift for someone else, you may request an exchange card that is valid for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Where an exchange card is held, the item can either be exchanged or a Store Credit for the purchase price of the item will be issued.

FAULTY ITEMS, (DOES NOT APPLY TO PLANT PRODUCTS)

If the item is faulty we may choose to either repair or replace the item. If we are unable to repair or replace the item you are entitled to a Store Credit or refund of the purchase price.

PLANT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

All plants are covered by our plant performance guarantee. If within 12 months from the date of purchase, you have a reasonable problem, that is not related to weather conditions, or failure to follow correct horticultural practices, with any plant purchased at Terra Viva, let us know as soon as possible and we will happily remedy the situation by providing a replacement or credit note.
