This generous, flowering cherry produces riot of single, blush white flowers every spring. Once in bloom it is hard to see a branch for quite some time as all the plant wants to do it flower. These trees line Hagley Park and feature heavily around Christchurch. As autumn approaches, the green leaves change to shades of citrus orange before they fall. Ideal specimen tree and a good one for the kids to climb. Sun or part shade. Height: 3.5 metres, 3.5 metres wide.
