A sturdy compact Rhododendron with large deep green foliage. In early spring large rounded trusses of vivid blood red blooms will appear. Flowers early to mid season. Plant in full sun to part shade with acid soil. A great feature plant for smaller gardens. Evergreen. Frost hardy. Grows to 1.2m.
